There's something seductive about a roadmap. It promises that someone has been here before. That the path exists. That if you follow the phases, you’ll arrive somewhere worth arriving.

Well, here we are. We followed Google’s race to the content redlight so we could floor it off the line a thousand times more. Seventy-four percent of new web pages are now AI-generated. We are drowning in content that was made to be found, not to be useful.

There are monks who build mandalas in the sand with a greater understanding of where strategizing the wrong priority will lead. There are folks who choose tools for the function as much as for the promise. A CRM for what it does today, not what the sales deck says it'll do next quarter.

They want to talk to us about their mission for next Tuesday, because we make sure we see potential futures and direct our work to what’s most beneficial to that current reality. That’s things such as making sure forms actually load and databases are fully owned.
